08. What is The Function of The Small Hole Machining for The Screw Air Compressor Intake Butterfly Valve Core?

The main function of the small hole machining for the intake butterfly valve core is twofold:

  1. When the machine is in an unloaded state, the intake valve remains closed to ensure a sufficient amount of air enters the compressor. This helps the air compressor establish lubricating oil pressure, ensuring stable rotor operation and preventing surging.
  2. When the machine is in an off-load state, the intake butterfly valve closes, and the pressure is released through the small holes. This ensures that the swing-type check valve can close smoothly.
